Part-Time Maintenance Technician •Brookside Landing Assisted Living & Independent Living - Orofino, ID•Now Hiring Brookside Landing is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents and staff. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining buildings and grounds, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance and repairs Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks Maintain grounds and outdoor areas as needed Complete work orders in a timely manner Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff Help identify and address maintenance concerns before they become larger issues Qualifications Experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, farming, or other hands-on trades is helpful but not required.
