Job Description

Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift)

Full-Time Pay:
$24-$32/hr. +
Benefits Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or production maintenance. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and basic electrical systems. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, GMP, and plant safety procedures. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues. Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures. Complete maintenance work orders and documentation. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Support continuous production operations and equipment reliability. #
