Alsip , IL Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety guidelines, productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs (and rebuilds) of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial troubleshooting and repair experience. Preventative Maintenance e xperience in Industrial Manufacturing field. 3-5 yrs e xperience maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems . 1-3 yrs of Welding experience preferred. Sit-Down Forklift experience required.
