Maintenance Technician Job Description Join a family-owned plastics manufacturing company specializing in extrusion, injection molding, and thermoforming, as a Maintenance Technician. Your role will ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and facility systems, supporting high-quality manufacturing and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Conduct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system diagnostics and repairs. Interpret schematics to effectively resolve technical issues. Utilize general PLC knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain and update CMMS for efficient maintenance operations. Perform basic fabrication tasks including welding and HVAC system maintenance. Essential Skills 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to interpret technical schematics. Knowledge of CMMS systems. General PLC knowledge and troubleshooting abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic fabrication experience including welding and HVAC maintenance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
