Impact you'll make Own routine service and corrective work across equipment and building systems. Perform inspections to spot issues early and prevent failures. Jump on urgent maintenance requests and emergencies without delay. Record repairs, parts, and recommendations with accuracy. Collaborate to improve processes and drive facility performance. Work safely and uphold all applicable codes, standards, and procedures. Assist with installing and commissioning new systems and machinery. What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Experience as a maintenance technician or similar position. Solid grounding in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Demonstrated troubleshooting and repair capability on diverse equipment. Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork habits. Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends/holidays as needed.
