WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Technician, you are the heartbeat of the facility. You won't just be "fixing things"—you'll be the go-to expert for:

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and conquering complex electrical and mechanical issues that others can't.

Strategic Maintenance:

Leading predictive and preventive programs to stop downtime before it starts.

Continuous Improvement:

Using root cause analysis to optimize equipment performance and site efficiency.

Technical Leadership:

Mentoring the team and serving as the senior resource for fabrication technology.

WHO YOU ARE

The Expert:

You have extensive experience with metal fabrication and CNC production equipment (Lasers, Punching, and Press Brakes).

You can read electrical schematics and basic PLC logic like a second language.

You take pride in a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and have a "safety first" mindset.

The Specialist:

You have a 2-year technical certification or equivalent high-level field experience.
