Job Description

Maintenance Mechanic —
Burbank, IL Pay:
$33-44/hour
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
Shift:
3rd
Shift Job Duties Troubleshoot PLCs:
Siemens and Allen Bradley Read and follow schematics and blueprints Work with 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors Perform TIG welding as needed Repair and maintain gear boxes, bearings, and sprockets Check and adjust VFDs Replace switches and relays Perform PMs on die cutters, folder gluers, and laminating units Complete maintenance paperwork Follow safety procedures and identify hazards Diagnose mechanical and electrical system failures Use shop equipment including drill press, band saw, and grinder Minimize downtime through timely maintenance Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve operations Apply Please send your resume to: Chicagoland@SemperLLC.Com
