In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal equipment performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics and Blueprints. 480v and 3 phase motors Gearboxes, Bearings, conveyors, high speed packaging. Preventive Maintenance. Plc, VFD troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
