Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, or equipment
- Experience preffered in: Carpentry, flooring, cabinet, tile, exterior siding, windows, roofing a plus.
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Experience:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person, handyman or general carpentry, tile drywall etc. or in a similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
