Insurance Customer Service Rep ($50k to $80k first year) + up to $2500 sign-on

The Schultz Insurance Group is a fast-paced Independent Insurance agency seeking to add another Customer Service Representative to our dynamic sales team. Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation $50,000 to $80,000 based on prior experience and achievements

Professional Responsibilities:

Review policy renewal list and identify households for review Assist clients with services like taking payments and processing policy changes Remarket current clients to our several insurance carriers to find lower premiums Contact prior customers and manage process to earn back business Accurately prepare forms and applications when required Maintain timely, consistent follow-up with customers and potential clients

Required Skills:
