$30.00 per hour 26-04522 Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production and facility equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. This role supports manufacturing operations by minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment integrity, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The position requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, the ability to diagnose complex issues, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment to reduce downtime Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical systems Inspect, test, and operate equipment to diagnose malfunctions and verify repairs Complete work orders accurately and within designated timeframes Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history Support equipment changeovers, line startups, and operational troubleshooting Identify required replacement parts and assist with inventory management and reordering Ensure all work complies with safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA guidelines Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment and production issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements Job Requirements Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical information Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills for coordination across departments Ability to work in environments with exposure to heat, noise, chemicals, and moving equipment Ability to work overtime as required Education High school diploma or equivalent required Technical training or certification in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred Work Experience Prior experience in industrial maintenance or similar role required #ZR About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
