Maintenance Technician

Choice Properties has a great career opportunity for a skilled, dedicated maintenance and rehab repair technician for our manufactured housing community located in East Moline, IL Responsibilities include: Maintenance and Repairs of community common areas and manufactured homes, working collectively with Property Manager to complete daily tasks, mowing and trimming of all yards and maintenance upkeep, completing work orders, snow plowing, maintaining property appearance, and all other tasks needed for job completion. Applicant MUST be knowledgeable in plumbing, and all areas of Maintenance Repair.

Qualifications:

• One year previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Skilled in grounds work, common area maintenance, painting, carpentry and plumbing
• Strong in teamwork, customer service and communication skills
• Highly motivated - self starter
• Must be willing to be on call
• 40+ hour work week
• Must have own basic tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must live within a 20 minute drive of East Moline, IL
