Monthly attendance bonuses and group bonuses available We are looking for a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain rental properties, respond to tenant maintenance requests, and assist with renovation work when there are no active work orders. No experience is required for the right person. Training will be provided. Experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance is preferred. Responsibilities Respond to tenant maintenance requests and complaints Complete basic repairs in occupied rental units Perform general property maintenance Troubleshoot common maintenance issues Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance-related tasks within skill level Change light bulbs, filters, locks, fixtures, and other basic items as needed Communicate repair updates clearly to management Keep tools, supplies, and work areas organized Help the renovation team with unit turns, repairs, and property improvement projects when there are no active work orders Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Basic maintenance or construction experience preferred Basic carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge is a plus Able to work independently after training Professional when working around tenants Able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Benefits and Growth Opportunity PTO available Holiday pay available Birthday pay available Monthly attendance bonuses available Group bonuses available Employees who show strong reliability, good work quality, independence, and the ability to take on more responsibility may be considered for raises, promotions, and additional opportunities within the company.
