Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of our funeral homes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining buildings and grounds, and has experience with general repairs and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities Include:
Performing minor building repairs and maintenance Interior and exterior painting projects Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Minor electrical repairs and fixture replacement General carpentry and handyman tasks Assisting with facility improvements and special projects Conducting routine inspections and addressing maintenance needs Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional appearance of our properties
Qualifications:
Experience in general maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repair work Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work as needed Why Join Our Team?
