Troubleshoot & Conquer:

Keep our high-speed lines (rollers, conveyors, saws, slitters) running at peak performance. + Master the

Machine:

Perform full tear-downs and rebuilds of critical industrial equipment. +

Electrical & Controls:

Work with 480V power, panel wiring, VFDs, and servos. You'll assist with Siemens PLC fault-finding and control logic. +

Fluid Power:

Maintain and repair complex pneumatic and hydraulic systems. +

Precision Craft:

Utilize blueprints and schematics daily, and use your skills on mills, lathes, and basic welding to keep the plant moving. What You Bring to the Team +

Experience:

3-5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment. +

Technical Knowledge:

Strong mechanical repair skills and a solid grasp of basic electrical troubleshooting. +

Analytical Mind:

The ability to read schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues before they cause downtime. +

Reliability:

A consistent work history that shows you're a pro who shows up for your team. +

Education:

High school diploma required; Technical school or military training is a huge plus! Work Environment This is a "real-deal" manufacturing plant. You'll be working around heavy equipment, robotic systems, and forklifts. Because we are an active shipping hub, the facility temperature fluctuates with the seasons-you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting that keeps you on your move. This is 3rd Shift from 11 pm

• 7 am.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00

• $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
