Job Description
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8 AM
- 5 PM. Cubework offers flexible, on
- demand warehouse space that is responsive and productive for today's modern workforce. We offer Industrial warehousing, commercial parking, self
- storage, office space, hot desk, and event space bookings. Our network of spaces enables businesses to operate anywhere, without the need for set
- up cost of capital investments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems and building related items including the exterior maintenance of each facility. Maintain all necessary documentation and records pertaining to maintenance and repairs, including work orders, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure that the building meets all applicable safety and regulatory requirements, including fire codes, building codes, and environmental regulations. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all vendors, suppliers, and contractors Implement company policies and protocols. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance in all common areas, including common areas, restrooms, and other shared spaces.Pay:
