Join the maintenance team powering one of the world's largest steel producers. You'll ensure continuous operations by caring for the mechanical systems that keep our mill running. What will you work on? Mechanical systems across the plant—installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems. Power transmission components and conveyors. Cranes and mobile equipment, using standard and specialized tools. Mobile equipment such as pendant and overhead cranes and forklifts when required. Where will you work? Throughout the plant—areas can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, and noisy. At heights and within confined spaces when the job calls for it. Independently with minimal supervision or alongside other maintenance technicians. Will you support operations directly? Yes—when necessary, you will assist with operating functions to keep production steady. What do you need to bring? High School Diploma or GED. Successful completion of assessment test(s). Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/industrial experience (including relevant military service) or equivalent education. Experience can include hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, welding, pipefitting, structural repair, or diesel mechanic. What about schedule and overtime? 8-hour rotating shifts that include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Overtime as needed. How do we approach safety? Safety is core.
