Our ideal candidate will have experience with general building repairs, custodial work, and events set up, and should be comfortable in a professional atmosphere where you are ready to jump in a work at a fast pace! Duties Perform general repairs and building maintenance, including drywall patching, painting, and changing lightbulbs Assemble office furniture, including desks, chairs, and cubicles Provide assistance with onsite event setups Participate in indoor and outdoor seasonal work (Christmas display setups, exterior clean ups, etc.) Operate forklifts and utility vehicles as needed (training provided) Requirements 3 years of facilities, janitorial, or handyman experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to life and move up to 70 pounds High School Diploma or equivalent Clean-cut, professional appearance (uniform provided)
