With decades of innovation and excellence, we design and manufacture advanced machinery that supports efficient, high-quality metal casting operations.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems. This hands-on role requires solid technical skills, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively to support equipment reliability and production uptime.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and restore production operations. Assist with preventive maintenance programs and scheduled equipment inspections. Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment upgrades. Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment conditions in the CMMS system. Work closely with production, engineering, and safety teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Assist senior technicians or supervisors with more complex repairs and improvement projects. Coordinate with vendors or contractors under supervision when required. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives as a team member.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in industrial or equipment maintenance. Working knowledge of mechanical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Experience with casting or heavy industrial machinery is a plus.Pay:
