Joliet, IL Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Maintain and repair forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and related equipment Complete inspections, installations, and equipment repairs Perform welding and metal fabrication as needed Track work orders and maintenance activities Follow safety procedures and support workplace organization standards Requirements Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working on: Forklifts Conveyors Dock equipment Facility systems Welding and fabrication experience required Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs and performing physical work Basic computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based systems
