Job Description
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
Effectively utilize and apply labor, equipment, and material resources to achieve quality expectations, to meet deadlines. Effectively work with production, repair and maintenance staff to maximize quality of work and productivity in all areas. Responsible to meet the goals established in the areas of productivity, employee satisfaction and cost management of company assets. Maintain a positive working relationship with other departments and a high level of customer service.Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintain drive way and grading, dragging yards
- Maintain regular tree trimming and provide additional services related to wind damage
- Provide trash management/control on company assets
- Contribute to the improvement of properties site appearance and cleanliness including mowing, fall leaf clean up, seasonal trash clean up and seasonal prep., painting, etc.
- Ensure care and proper use of company assets, including vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Washing and cleaning of site care equipment
- Contribute to and manage site appearance to consistent standards
- Level and rake perimeter rock, install weed block barrier
- Assist with various work tasks as assigned by Site Care Manager
- Assist with the set up and delivery of equipment at our production facilities
- Assist with pouring concrete, repairing perimeter fencing and entrance gates on facilities
Personal Requirements:
Ability to manage and act in a fast paced environment. Takes pride in quality of work. Reliable. Must have the ability to adapt time and efforts in priority areas, including accommodating to various daily schedules. Displays a high level of professionalism and customer service, including honesty and integrity. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
