High school diploma or GED required 1st Class Boiler License required 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience across multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting continuous operations Ability to respond to urgent maintenance needs in a fast-paced, 24/7 facility Why This Job? This is a direct-hire position! Responsibilities Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility systems, including boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, wastewater systems, and water softeners Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Support maintenance of production equipment, including extraction and mix/blend systems Respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime in a 24/7 production environment Collaborate with maintenance team members and other departments to support continuous operations Assist with projects and additional maintenance tasks as assigned Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment Friendly.
