Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans

Qualifications:

The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software About Company We're off I-88 in Lombard, a 10-minute walk from Yorktown Center's shops and restaurants, and within three miles of the Oakbrook Center mall.
