Now Hiring:

Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Pay Range:

$24.50 - $31.73/hour

Location:

Minonk, IL Position classification based on experience & pre-employment test results

What You'll Do:

✔ Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems ✔ Troubleshoot 3-phase power (480V), low-voltage circuits, and PLC systems (PLC troubleshooting a plus) ✔ Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine uptime and safety ✔ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals ✔ Work independently while collaborating with the team to meet production goals ✔ Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

What We're Looking For:

✅ High School Diploma required ; technical certification in multi-craft maintenance preferred ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in a manufacturing setting ✅ Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems ✅ Service mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills ✅ Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

✔ Frequent climbing, bending, and twisting ✔ Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally What We Offer -
