WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a new Maintenance Technician at Rent QC, LLC, you can expect to spend your days conducting routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, and general upkeep of our properties. Your schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday. Overtime available for being on call as needed for after-hours/weekend maintenance emergencies. Company vehicle and gas provided.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain work orders and turnover of vacant units Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance Report accidents, emergency, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately Support additional properties as needed in the assigned area Participate in the on-call rotation schedule Demonstrate and follow the Rent QC, LLC Values All other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience in residential property maintenance or related preferred Plumbing experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry, painting, vendors, parts, and services Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact professionally, clearly, and respectfully with building owners, managers and tenants Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Self starter and desire to accomplish tasks

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
