Naperville & Westmont, IL We're a small business with 4 locations (3 in Naperville and 1 in Westmont) looking for a dependable, proactive Maintenance pro / Handyperson to join our team and help keep our beautiful facilities and outdoor spaces looking great. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to work around another schedule or who enjoys a variety of hands-on jobs, a pleasant work environment and very flexible scheduling. Work can be scheduled anytime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with optional weekend hours available at some locations. We're easygoing, hardworking, informal, and professional—anyone with the same outlook will feel right at home. What You'll Do General repairs and maintenance Furniture assembly and installation Light painting and touch-ups Landscaping and outdoor upkeep (no lawn mowing) Minor building and equipment troubleshooting Disposal of old furniture/equipment as needed Help maintain a safe and pleasant environment What We're Looking For Handyman, maintenance, carpentry, or repair experience preferred Basic repair and carpentry skills Reliable transportation required (pickup truck or SUV is a plus) Your own power tools are a huge plus Ability to work independently, stay organized, and identify issues before they become problems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Additional Details Illinois State Police and FBI background checks required for all employees Available hours vary seasonally from 15-to 20+ No cleaning duties Landscaping tools/equipment provided onsite Gas expenses may be covered depending on travel between locations

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
