Job DescriptionIndependently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains l0wer-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Abbvie's code of conduct
  • Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
  • Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
  • Capable of training others on tasks.
  • Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
  • Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
  • Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
  • Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
  • Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
  • Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organizationQualificationsHS diploma or GED required.
 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.

CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desiredKnowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)Additional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
