Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our on going projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply a broad skill set across various maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvements. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming space for staff and our client alike. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance across our many projects, including roofing, carpentry, siding, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical systems. Conduct residential painting projects to enhance the appearance and upkeep of our many projects. Use schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot issues on projects. Operate tools such as drills, saws, and other devices to identify faults and perform repairs. Supervise or assist with small-scale projects, ensuring safety standards are met while completing tasks efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally, ensuring all work aligns with safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in general home maintenance or related fields such as roofing, siding or residential repair. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with architectural plans is essential. Ability to operate tools including drills, saws, and other equipment confidently. Skilled in drywall and residential painting with attention to detail. Supervising or leadership experience is preferred to coordinate tasks effectively within teams. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and diagrams accurately for repairs or installations.
