Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel operations team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and safety of the property while ensuring a comfortable experience for guests and staff. The ideal candidate has general maintenance knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a professional, service-focused attitude. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel property Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and minor carpentry issues Complete guest room repairs and preventative maintenance tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools Conduct property inspections to identify repair or safety concerns Assist with exterior upkeep, grounds maintenance, and emergency situations as needed Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and hotel procedures Monitor and assist with pool maintenance and chemical checks as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, or hotel experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Pool maintenance knowledge preferred Strong troubleshooting and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and professional demeanor Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee hotel discounts Opportunities for advancement Paid training Supportive team environment Schedule Weekends and holidays may be required On-call availability may be needed for emergencies Apply Today If you are dependable, hands-on, and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional property, we encourage you to apply today.
