CPPC is a full-service manufacturer of coextruded blown and cast films and flexible packaging laminations, serving a variety of markets from facilities in Illinois and Georgia, with headquarters in Michigan. Why Join CPPC? Competitive Pay $25.00 - $31.00 per hour (based on experience and advancement) $1.50/hour night shift premium This is a full-time 8-hour night shift position. Also required to cover for vacations on a 12-hour schedule as needed Weekly pay Potential pay increases every 90 days based on performance $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities Perfect Attendance Bonus - up to $200 per quarter ($800 annually) Excellent Benefits Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance plans are low cost with great coverage Company-paid life insurance - 1.5 times annual base pay rate provided for employee with option for employee to pay for additional coverage at 1, 2, or 3 times base pay rate, spouse and/or dependent child coverage Short-term disability provided for the employee with an option for long-term disability 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation Holiday pay - 8 hours plus double time if you work the holiday Tuition reimbursement Employee discount programs Responsibilities Follow all plant work and safety rules and adhere to safety protocols and regulations Ensure all plant equipment is operational in a safe manner Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systems Fabricate machine parts as required Operate lathes, drills, saws, welding equipment, and milling machines Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasks and repair equipment as necessary Troubleshoot all machine process issues and diagnose problems Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records Understand the purposes and functions of all machines in the plant Properly housekeep the work area Responsible for the proper and safe handling, labeling, and storage of all hazardous materials and waste Answer and respond to all necessary repair call-ins Understand the workings and operation of all equipment and computers Work assigned work schedule and overtime as required Follow all ISO/Quality Program Procedures/Instructions as required Perform all other duties as assigned
