Full Job Description Facilities Technician/Assembler Company:

Pekin, IL Getz Equipment Innovators is seeking a reliable and hands‑on Facilities Technician/Assembler to support facility maintenance and assist with production operations at our Pekin facility. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools, take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail in both maintenance and assembly work. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all building areas and grounds.
• Monitor, track, and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Assist in constructing crates for outgoing shipments.
• Support product and equipment assembly using hand and power tools.
• Perform basic facility and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, efficient work environment. Qualifications
• Experience using hand tools and basic shop equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to stand, lift, and perform hands‑on tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test. Work Environment
