Compensation:
$17 - $30 per hourDOE Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure everything is in top condition. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, to keep systems running smoothly. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and owners, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute remodeling projects, enhancing property value and appeal. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prioritizing the well-being of all occupants. Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for all necessary repairs and projects.Qualifications:
Experience in performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs. Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring tenant and owner satisfaction. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the team on remodeling projects. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for transparency and accountability. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes to ensure compliance and occupant well-being. Capability to manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment efficiently.
