What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing issues Perform preventive and predictive maintenance Identify root causes of recurring equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions Assist with equipment modifications, rebuilds, and installations Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to reduce downtime Source and replace machine parts and components Document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage Train and support less experienced mechanics as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform other duties assigned by the

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment Food processing or packaging industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus Familiarity with preventive maintenance and work order systems Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy manufacturing environments Bilingual preferred, but not required Benefits of Working with
