11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to support and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Maintain and service production equipment across the facility Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in response to equipment breakdowns Repair and maintain machinery such as die cutters, printing presses (web and sheet-fed), inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring/testing instruments Interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications to complete repairs Repair or fabricate replacement parts using welders and machine shop equipment (lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, etc.) Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and best practices Qualifications Strong experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, aligning, and maintaining complex industrial machinery Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to diagnose root causes of equipment failures and differentiate between system types Skilled in making precise mechanical adjustments (alignment, parallelism, concentricity) Experience interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications Working knowledge of measuring air/fluid pressure and flow systems Ability to fabricate or assemble complex replacement parts or components Solid understanding of shop math, geometry, and mechanical calculations Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, HazMat, NEC, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
