In this role, your primary focus will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Apply today!
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines, motors, pumps, conveyors, and automation systems
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and electrical components
  • Install, test, and calibrate new or modified equipment
  • Complete welding, pipefitting, and fabrication work as required for repairs and improvements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and compliance documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE use
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives Requirements for
Maintenance Technician:
  • High School Diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
  • Welding and fabrication experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
