Job Description

Are you passionate about home maintenance and ensuring that residential properties are in top-notch condition? We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Home Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance inspections of residential properties to identify any issues or repairs needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used. Assist with the turnover process of rental units, including painting and cleaning. Collaborate with property management and other team members to ensure efficient operations. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques for residential properties. Ability to operate common maintenance tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
