In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of residential and manufacturing homes. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate smoothly, safety standards are met, and client satisfaction is achieved. Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct electrical installations, and residential painting tasks as needed to restore or improve facilities. Utilize tools such as ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance and diagnose faults accurately. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals to execute repairs precisely. Manage maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, parts inventory, and service history. coordinate with clients or subcontractors during complex repair projects while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within residential, manufacturing, or commercial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics is essential. Hands-on welding skills along with proficiency in troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Experience working with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools like ohmmeter effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and client interactions.
