Job Description

We're looking for someone to help keep our machines and equipment running smoothly. You'll use a system to track maintenance work, fix machines when they break, and make sure everything is working safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Use our maintenance system (CMMS) to reduce unexpected equipment breakdowns Fix and troubleshoot machines used in production and around the facility Check machines regularly to spot issues early and confirm they're working right Follow safety rules, including Lock-out/Tag-out, and OSHA standards Solve equipment problems and find long-term fixes Complete work orders on time and talk with other departments when needed Help with changing equipment setups, starting production lines, and solving issues Keep track of parts and let us know when more need to be ordered Share ideas to make things better and support improvement projects Keep learning and improving your skills
What We're Looking For:
Experience fixing mechanical parts like gearboxes, belts, bearings, clutches, and more Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Some experience with PLC systems is a bonus Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Basic computer skills to handle work orders Able to weld (Mig) for small repairs Can read instructions, manuals, and safety rules in English Able to follow diagrams and spoken directions Works well alone or with a team Willing to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed Good at solving problems and adapting to new situations Positive attitude and a team player

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
