Sign Fabricator / Installer Hands-On Experience Required (Vinyl & Design Preferred)

We are a fast-growing, full-service sign company looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and mechanically inclined to join our team. Sign fabrication experience is not required — we will train. However, vinyl installation and/or graphic design experience is strongly preferred. This role is a mix of shop fabrication and field installation. We are not looking for a helper — we need someone who can take ownership, stay productive, and figure things out without constant direction What You'll Do Fabricate and assemble signs using aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and vinyl (training provided) Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles, panels) Assist with installation of interior and exterior signage Operate shop tools and equipment Read basic drawings and follow install plans Work both in the shop and occasionally in the field What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of hands-on experience (construction, installation, shop work, or similar) Experience with vinyl installation and/or graphic design (preferred) Comfortable using tools (drills, saws, measuring, assembling) Mechanically inclined — able to problem-solve without constant direction Reliable — shows up and gets work done Able to work independently once trained Not afraid of physical work or job sites Growth Opportunity This role can grow into: Lead Fabricator Lead Installer Production / Installation Manager We are growing and looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity , not just a job.
