Pool Service Technician- Entry Level (Training Provided)

Job Overview Oasis Pools is looking to add an entry level pool service technician to our growing service team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the pool industry and learn hands on skills in pool maintenance, equipment, and repair. No prior pool experience is required . We are willing to train the right individual who is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. This role provides a clear path to grow into a service technician/ repair technician position as skills and experience develop Compensation This position offers hourly pay based on work ethic, reliability, and ability to learn and grow withing the role. Entry-level technician (no experience required): $23-$25 per hour Paid training provided Overtime opportunities available Performance based raises and advancement opportunities as skills increase Responsibilities Assist in cleaning and maintaining residential pools and spas Learn to test and balance water chemistry Support senior technicians with equipment service and repairs Inspect pools for issues and report findings to the service team Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate clearly with customers and office staff to ensure quality service Perform assigned work efficiently while learning proper techniques and standards Uphold and represent the Oasis Pools brand with professionalism, integrity, and respect at every job site Requirements No pool experience required- training provided Valid drives license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Strong communication skills and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Any experience in labor, construction, landscaping, or mechanical work Basic understanding of tools and equipment Interest in learning plumbing, electrical, or equipment repair Previous customer service experience is a plus This Role is Great Fit for if
