Pool Service Technician- Service & Repair Focus

Job Overview Oasis Pools is looking to add an experienced pool service technician to our growing service and repair team. This position is repair focused and best suited for a technician with strong diagnostic skills and hands on experience working with pool and spa equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems. We are seeking a technician who enjoys troubleshooting, accurately fixing problems, and delivering high-quality service to our customers. Compensation This position offers hourly pay based on verified experience, technical skill level, and repair capabilities. Final compensation is determined during the interview process and may exceed the listed range for highly qualified candidates Experienced service technician (2+ years): $25-$27 per hour Senior/ certified repair technician: $28+ per hour (automation, electrical, hydraulic, or heater diagnostics) Overtime opportunities available Performance based raises and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Ability to diagnose, service, and repair pool and spa equipment Effectively communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations to customers and the office to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality service. Repair and replace pumps, filter, heaters, valves, plumbing, and automation systems Troubleshoot basic to advanced electrical control system issues Identify equipment failures and recommend proper repair solutions Perform service work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high quality standards Maintain accurate service documentation Uphold and represent the Oasis Pools brand with professionalism, integrity, and respect at every job site. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience in the pool and spa industry (required) Strong knowledge of pool equipment, hydraulics, plumbing, and basic electrical systems Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently Valid drivers license with clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented Preferred Qualifications Repair/ service background (beyond basic cleaning routines) Experience with Pentair, Hayward, or Jandy equipment Automation experience (IntelliCenter, EasyTouch, OmniLogic, Aqualink, etc.) Heater diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting experience Industry certifications a plus This Role is a Great Fit if
