TECHNICIAN IN WOODRIDGE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair support of production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with industrial production equipment, and the ability to work extended shifts including overtime and weekends as needed. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $27/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 10 pm Located in Woodridge, IL Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment Support maintenance of 8-color printing presses Maintain and repair die cutters, punches, laminations, and related production equipment Service DOD printers, conveyors, gluing systems, and wrapping systems Provide building systems support including 100 HP compressors, lighting, and plumbing Complete daily maintenance reports via email and CMMS system Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Resume required Must pass 7-year background check Must pass E-Verify Must pass drug screening Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required Experience with industrial maintenance and production equipment preferred Ability to work 2nd shift with overtime and weekend coverage Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment -- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT
