Maintenance Technician (Seasonal)

Our guests' experience starts with the appearance and upkeep of our grounds, and we are committed to addressing maintenance needs promptly and professionally. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Member who takes ownership of their work, values attention to detail, and brings a positive, proactive attitude. This role requires someone who can confidently handle a variety of maintenance tasks while helping ensure our properties consistently reflect the high standards we set for our guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect & maintain campsites
• drag gravel pads with skid steer as required, clean up trash, empty fire pits, spray for weeds, move picnic tables
• Change water spickets, Fix water line leaks, breakers
• Build/ Pressure wash picnic tables
• Clean/ maintain equipment
• Grate roads
• Clean bathhouse
• toilets, showers, floors
• Tree trimming / weed whacking / grass cutting / weeding
• Complete daily work order requests
• Assist with daily pool/ amenity maintenance
• Empty trash bins around the property
• Clean up around dumpster areas
• Hang new signage
• Fix locks, hinges, drywall and other handyman tasks
• Run skid steer/ excavator/ dump truck as required for improvement projects
• Other job duties as assigned Skills & Experience you need:
• Ability to operate a skid steer
• Previous maintenance experience
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to Muti-task
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid drivers license, good driving record
• Experience using mowing equipment, hand tools, power tools

Pay:

$20.00
