Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on various equipment. The role involves working on conveyor systems, mobile equipment, and shredder machines, focusing on mechanical tasks with a minor electrical component. Responsibilities Perform mechanical repairs on conveyor systems, including swapping out drives and 3-phase motors. Conduct maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment such as forklifts and skid steers, including replacing hydraulic hoses and cylinders. Carry out light fabrication tasks and change blades and augers on shredder machines. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance (RM) tasks, focusing mainly on PM. Document all preventive maintenance activities and make notes for future repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, including changing belts, swapping head pulleys, and changing bearings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn, IN.
