Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Ghoman Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Hotel Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and upkeep of The Residence Inn by Marriott located at 11895 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032. This position is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and able to troubleshoot general maintenance issues in a hospitality setting. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel property Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests promptly Replace lighting, fixtures, locks, and other basic building components Complete preventative maintenance tasks on schedule Assist with painting, minor carpentry, and general property upkeep Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Previous maintenance or hotel maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently Weekend and holiday availability may be required Schedule Full-time 8-hour shifts Weekend availability as needed

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
