Maintenance Technician-The Residences at Carmel City Center Pedcor Homes - 3.1 Carmel, IN Job Details Full-time $23 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Driver's License Residential building maintenance experience Full Job Description We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; pool maintenance; maintenance shop organization; and emergency on call work orders. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. One year of previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
