- Proficient at measuring, wall anchoring, drywall finishing, and installing hardware. Has worked with a variety of hand tools. Communication Skills

- Has familiarity with computers, tablets, and Smartphones for a variety of applications and email correspondence. Prior Experience using a CMMS to handle work orders and PM checklist is an additional plus. Deductive Reasoning

- All candidates must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Additionally, will submit to and pass a 10-point drug screen if accidents occur. Driving
- Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and qualify under the district's insurance carrier when driving a district vehicle. Hard to Very Hard Physical Work
- Is able to spend time in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching.
