Pool Service Technician/ Pool Build Crew

We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing team as a Pool Construction & Service Technician. This position involves both residential pool construction and pool service work, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. ResponsibilitiesConstruction Duties Assist in the construction and installation of in-ground pools Perform physical labor including digging, leveling, plumbing, and material handling Operate basic hand and power tools Help install pool equipment, liners, and structural components Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors Service & Maintenance Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot pool systems including circulation, filtration, heating, and sanitation Repair and replace equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, autocovers, valves, and plumbing components Troubleshoot and repair hot tubs Open and close pools seasonally Document service visits, findings, and repairs Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and system performance Schedule 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts Overtime available as needed Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and standing for long periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical systems preferred Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and strong attendance Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience Construction, landscaping, pool installation, or service experience Mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience Familiarity with pool equipment and tools What We Offer Consistent full-time schedule Overtime opportunities On-the-job training Yearly bonuses Health insurance after 90-day probation period

Pay:
