Greencroft Communities Pay:
$14.09-18.00/hr based one experience : Golden Years Homestead is a mission-driven senior living community offering skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living services. We are dedicated to quality care, compassion, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational campus. This hands-on role supports daily operations and directly impacts the comfort and quality of life of our residents.Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner Perform repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance) Assist with floor care, painting, and building upkeep Support groundskeeping, snow removal, and exterior maintenance Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies Work with contractors and communicate updates to leadership Follow OSHA and safety regulations at all timesQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Experience with building maintenance systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred Certifications (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) are a plusSkills & Attributes:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and professional, respectful interaction with residentsSchedule:
Days Monday-Friday Weekends and evenings on-call per established rotational schedulePhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Why Join Us?
