Overtime is entirely up to you, and in our company's history, there has only ever been one week where hours dropped below 40. We offer a flexible core schedule (minimum 8:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM, with much more available) and an attendance bonus.
Position:
Maintenance Mechanic Training is available where needed.
Primary Duties:
Getting equipment up to DOT standards for resale. Performing oil changes on trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other equipment. Routine and general preventative maintenance. Overflow Work (As Needed): Because we offer more variety than a standard factory, daily tasks may also include: Repairing wrecked semis (parts straightening, body panel and axle alignment, frame rack work). Removing, reinstalling, dismantling, and parting out vehicles. Welding, torching, grinding, and dealing with bad bolts/threads. Electrical troubleshooting and soldering wires. Tire changing, vehicle problem-solving, and identifying metric/standard fasteners. Gluing windshields, caulking seams, and truck washing/detailing. General vehicle and building maintenance.

5 paid holidays after 1 year.

Qualifications Experience:
2 years of mechanic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Traits:
Strong work ethic, highly coachable, and a willingness to learn new systems.
Skills:
Must be able to use a tape measure accurately for leveling components.
